Reception Supervisor - Aircrew Desk

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Reception Supervisor to oversee our Aircrew Desk.

As the Reception Supervisor - Aircrew Desk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of this specialized front desk.

Your leadership abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will contribute to the satisfaction and comfort of our aircrew guests.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.


Key Responsibilities:

Aircrew Support: Provide specialized assistance to aircrew members during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, addressing their unique needs and preferences.

Team Leadership: Supervise the reception team at the Aircrew Desk, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient operations during shifts.

Guest Relations: Interact with aircrew guests, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Reservations: Manage reservations and room assignments for aircrew members, optimizing room availability and guest satisfaction.

Aircrew Services: Coordinate services specific to aircrew, such as transportation, meal arrangements, and special requests.

Shift Management: Oversee the smooth running of shifts at the Aircrew Desk, including task assignments and handling any issues that may arise.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety and security of aircrew guests and the property, following hotel security protocols.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments to coordinate aircrew services, including housekeeping and maintenance.

Guest Records: Maintain accurate guest records for aircrew, including contact information, special requests, and preferences.


Qualifications:

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for aircrew guests.
