About Our Client:


Responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of 3 sales ledger assistants running the day to day function within the team
  • Overseeing the credit control/ debt chasing for a number of accounts
  • Assisting with dealing with invoice queries
  • Preparing Technician revenue reports weekly/ at the request of management
  • Preparing franchise revenue reports
  • Process improvements and efficiency's
  • Ad hoc reporting as and when require

The Successful Applicant:

Key Skills/Experience required

  • Experience of working within a busy Accounts/Office environment
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multi task
  • Prior experience in a management/team leader role
  • Able to use systems
  • Sage 200, Microsoft Excel in order to create reports
  • Keen attention to detail
