About Our Client:
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 3 sales ledger assistants running the day to day function within the team
- Overseeing the credit control/ debt chasing for a number of accounts
- Assisting with dealing with invoice queries
- Preparing Technician revenue reports weekly/ at the request of management
- Preparing franchise revenue reports
- Process improvements and efficiency's
- Ad hoc reporting as and when require
The Successful Applicant:
Key Skills/Experience required
- Experience of working within a busy Accounts/Office environment
- Good organisational skills and ability to multi task
- Prior experience in a management/team leader role
- Able to use systems
- Sage 200, Microsoft Excel in order to create reports
- Keen attention to detail
