Fusion are seeking
a Banqueting Supervisor for one of our hotel clients located in
Limerick.


Reporting to the C&B Managers, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the C&B department and overseeing the team to ensure guest expectations are met.


Requirements:


  • A minimum of 1 year's previous experience at Banqueting at supervisory level.
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
