The Secretariat is led by our Chief Executive, supported by a Senior Management Team, comprising the Chief Economist, Directors of Policy and Chief Operating Officer.

The Commission is chaired by Sir John Armitt, with eight other Commissioners at present.

The postholder will be required to travel around the UK to deliver these events. This is likely to involve travelling early morning or working in the evenings or on occasion staying overnight.

You will be expected to travel to the Commission's London office up to two times per month to help deliver in person events and there is likely to be significant levels of travel around the launch of the Assessment in the autumn, though there is no need to have a driving licence or own your own vehicle.
