Job description:

Main accountabilities

Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for all operational matters related to centralised procurement of the assigned buyer group including provision of accurate and up to date status information to the business. Ability to have clear concise communication with internal stakeholders to ensure material master data is understood and adhered to in the planning & procurement process.
Place and manage orders in line with MRP requirements and in compliance with sourcing strategy whilst understanding supplier capacity and executing.
Adhere to all compliance requirements be it corporate or procurement specific requirements
Lead procurement input into supplier management processes e.g. risk assessment, performance and KPI's.
Lead problem solving and continuous improvements initiatives.
