The Scrum Master is an advocate of Agile ways of working, building self-organising teams from a pool of multi-disciplined Infrastructure Engineers, BAs and testers.
The role will require you to work, inform and influence a range of stakeholders across the engineering and business communities, identifying opportunities for improvement, challenging the status-quo.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organise teams of engineers & Agile Business Analysts.
- Ensuring change governance procedures and controls are adhered to
- Leadership in removing barriers between stakeholders & squads, ownership of escalations
- Ownership of squads backlog
- Provide transparency of demand, committed workload and prioritisation.
- Evangelising Agile ways of working, developing squads and driving improvements
- Practice continuous learning through attending company and/or industry training.
- Harvest a culture of curiosity and challenge across the engineering community
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience of Agile ways or working within an Infrastructure community
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum etc)
- Experience of facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Experience of developing product owners (e.g. refining backlogs, prioritisation)
- Proven experience of developing Infrastructure teams
- Ability to foster a safe environment where challenges are openly shared
- Drive adoption and consistent usage of Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, DevOps)
