This opportunity can really help build on your current experience while giving you the right exposure to the wider group business supporting the Group CFO the business is going through various M&A which will also give you the commercial exposure most roles lack,The Regional Head of Finance will be integral in supporting the Group CFO in driving the business forward especially as they go through various M&A.
You will Manage the activities of local finance group ensuring robust processes that are fit for purpose to support rapid growth of business and oversee accounting reporting and financial management delivering needs of both local operational management central group finance function.
You will progress reporting control systems to support transition from owner managed business PE backed regional financial management hub Month end accounting to tight deadlines with performance reporting to both local management central finance Day-to-day management activities team members covering all aspects sales ledger credit control purchase ledger payroll and Management Accounting Developing skills team best support growing businesses identifying upcoming challenges putting timely solutions recruiting additional team members required assisting regular ad-hoc reporting requirements Central group finance private equity backers Forecasting budgeting including cash flow planning Accounting system migration Sage 50 selected software
