Job Type:
Temporary to Permanent, Full Time

Location:
Lichfield

Hours:
Monday - Friday 7.00 am pm ( 40 hours per week ) including Saturday morning shifts

Overtime: 6am starts in the week - time and a half for first hour.

6am - 12pm on Saturdays - double time for the 6 hours worked on a Saturday.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in the complete manufacturing process of frame production, including measuring, cutting, underpinning, assembly, and final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurate measurement of picture frame molding

Precise measurement of glass or composite materials

Manual material handling

Basic setup and operation of the molding saw, excalibur vertical cutter, and alpha underpinner

Artwork frame assembly

Final inspection

Wrapping and packaging

Stocktaking

Skills and Experience Required:
Own safety shoes

Joinery / assembly experience is desirable however not essential

A positive can-do attitude

Willingness and ability to learn new skills

Excellent attention to detail

Flexibility regarding working hours and overtime

Reliability

Team player mentality

Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
