Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a proven track record in Shared Services design and implementation? We are seeking a talented individual to lead the development and execution of a cutting-edge Shared Service center covering HR, Finance, and procurement.

This client-facing role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in process redesign, change management, and stakeholder engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and implementation of a strategic Shared Service center, optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Manage a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and fostering collaboration between the end client and other stakeholders.
  • Report directly to Senior Civil Servants, ensuring smooth communication and support throughout the project.
  • Develop performance management frameworks to monitor progress and achieve organizational goals effectively.

Requirements:


  • Proven expertise in Shared Services, with a successful track record in designing and implementing HR, Finance, and procurement Shared Service centers.
  • Strategic vision and political acumen to navigate complex stakeholder environments, particularly in central government departments.
  • Familiarity with SAP in a shared service environment is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in process optimization, organizational redesign, and driving efficiency gains.
  • Proficient in change management, building consensus, and driving transformative change.

Additional Information:


  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a maximum of 3 days per week onsite in London.
  • BPSS/Enhanced checks are required for this position.
