We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Accident Repair Centre in Keith.


Main Duties

  • Inputting data into our Bodyshop software
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Ensure a high level of Customer Service is provided
  • Providing updates to Customers on the progress of their vehicle repair
  • Collecting customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Filing and maintaining a tidy office, and other general duties.
  • Assisting the Manager in daytoday duties

Salary:
£6.83-£9.50 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
