The Position


Currently we are seeking to add an enthusiastic individual to work within Adviser support team, helping Financial Planners to deliver a first-class service to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with your Financial Planners
  • Ensure that communication with Clients is clear and concise helping maintain files, reviews and documentation.
  • Processing and chasing Letters of Authority
  • Submission of new business to various platforms
  • Chasing through cases submitted to providers
  • Assisting various teams within the Wealth team, such as the Paraplanning department, where appropriate
  • Has a good working knowledge of Pensions and Investments products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with I.O (Intelligent Office) would be advantageous
  • Ability to work proactively and independently as well as within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Has an understanding of compliance procedures and working knowledge of the FCA
