Role
You will report to a 'hands on', supportive and experienced Payroll Manager.

Here is an overview of your duties: Inputting payroll pension information onto the database for starters and leavers

  • Maintaining and updating pension records
  • Dealing with tax code changes
  • Updating pension scheme records in relation to payroll
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as HMRC
  • Dealing with queries in an empathetic and understanding manner
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Real Time Information (RTI) compliance

Experience


It is essential you have exposure in a payroll environment, in particular understanding of tax coding but this is not essential.

If you are keen, organised, with an eye for detail then this could be the job for you
