Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an indepth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the organisation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify compliance requirements and develop appropriate policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Monitor and track compliance activities and deadlines and provide regular reports to management.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of compliance activities, including documentation of policies, procedures, and training materials.
Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
Investigate and respond to compliancerelated inquiries and incidents.
Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures as necessary.
Participate in internal and external compliance audits as required.
Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a compliancerelated role, preferably in a regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection, antimoney laundering, or industryspecific requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
