**Customer Service Executive

  • The Role**:
  • Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their requirements.
  • Inform customers about promotions and products which may be of interest to them to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain the database with uptodate customer information
  • Investigate any customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service and gain a working knowledge about their account
**Customer Service Executive

  • Experience in a similar customer service or outbound role.
  • Proactive approach to work
  • IT literate
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload on a busy environment
  • High attention to detail
