We are looking for a motivated and ambitious recent graduate to join us as a Management Trainee in Newcastle.

The Management Trainee will be expected to work closely with our senior management team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

This is a perfect oppurtunity to start a new career upon leaving university.

We are offering an entry level positions for graduates to help the individual gain some valuable skills and experience with us.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and analyse areas of improvement in the workplace.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain reports for management review.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input to help solve problems.
  • A positive and proactive attitude

Salary:
£23,544.00-£25,526.00 per year
