The pet insurance space has suffered from low quality and misleading products, and we want to ensure that all the Napo products are simple and have your back.

The final piece in the puzzle is providing everything people need to take great care of their pets.

Whether these are services such as behaviourist consultants, tools such as puppy training apps, or simply content, we aim to give pet owners everything they need to ensure their pet is happy and healthy for as long as possible.


The Role:


We currently have c30,000 customers (in our first 11 months of trading), and over the next couple of years, we're aiming to scale that to over 150,000.


We're looking for a customer obsessed, data centric and product-minded Head of Growth to lead our multidisciplinary Growth squad, which is comprised of engineers, designers, copywriters and CRM experts.

The squad focuses on generating new leads and turning them into Napo customers


You will be working closely with an Engineering Manager, a Product Marketing Manager, a Data Scientist and the Chief Product Officer on putting together a strategy to hit and beat Napo's long-term goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Set a strategy to identify, test and scale new lead gen channels.
  • Optimise existing channels to maximise the long term value for Napo.
  • Lead the day to day execution of the growth squad.
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Design, Engineering and Data Science to ensure alignment.

Skills we think you need:


  • You can manage a diverse team of amazing people and constantly develop them.
  • You can leverage people around you to put together strategies based on data and bring focus to the team.
  • You can comfortably analyse and use quant and qual data to make decisions (roadmap, experiments.)
  • You have an eye for quality design and copywriting.
  • You're scrappy, very handson, and love to move the needle daytoday.

  • You have managed a small high performing team of diverse skillsets.
