NHS Property Services have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Delivery Partner covering the London region. This is a Permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £95,000. The role will attract 27 days Holiday, Car Allowance, ManagementBonus of up to 10% of base salary.


Senior managers play a significant role in delivering the NHSPS strategy.?Typically, they contribute to and lead the delivery of specific elements of the strategy and will lead teams made up of managers, team contributors and specialists.?Senior managersoften have specialised professional skills and knowledge, and many lead large, multi-discipline operational teams.

Their remit includes:

  • Communicating the NHSPS functional vision and strategy, cascading key organisational messages to keep teams informed.?
  • Contributing to functional and team strategies, developing short and longerterm plans for the team?
  • Role modelling the values and behaviours and setting the cultural tone of the team.?
  • Enabling collaboration across the function and wider business?
  • Building organisational resilience through spotting and developing talent within and beyond their own teams, attracting high calibre people to fill vacancies and retaining great people.?
  • Leading and embedding change and other organisational initiatives?
  • Tackling inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement?
  • Embracing, adopting, and embedding technology to enable business outcomes.?
Estates Delivery Partners provide operational leadership within a defined geographical area, to ensure the company's strategy is delivered. This is a senior leadership role within region, delivering full range of property management and Facilities Managementservices.

Managing an average budget of £25M, circa~110 properties with a Gross Internal Area of 100,000 square metres and approximately 200 people.

  • Oversees service delivery to internal and external customers at agreed performance levels with alignment to corporate performance framework?
  • Manages financial performance and budgets.?
  • Adheres to the appropriate governance and compliance standards for professional area.?
  • Represents NHSPS to internal and external stakeholders and customers credibly and positively.?
  • Delivery of services within a defined geographical area accountable for regional delivery of Facilities Management, Property Management and PFI services (if applicable)?
  • P&L ownership for Business Unit???
  • Interface with other Business Units and functions???
  • Work in conjunction with Customer function, to design and implement estates and NHS Trust engagement strategies to ensure effective management of customer relations and customer service needs are identified and met.??
  • Availability to manage escalated incidents out of hours, as per the emergency preparedness and response process???

  • Significant experience in RICS or IWFM qualification preferred or length/level of experience commensurate with these qualifications.
