Working within Corporate Asset and Facilities Management (CAFM), the role is responsible for supporting the current position regarding building occupancy, identifying required change, and working across the wider team to help deliver such change appropriately.


The role sits within the Asset Planning team, who provide the provision of a customer focused property service to the Borough, balancing leadership of the ongoing Asset Review Programme with business and operational responsibilities.


  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience in IT skills
  • Recent experience of working with people
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Be able to prioritise and plan their own workload.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive to join our team
