Your Role

Competitive salary up to £25,000pa / 25 days holiday plus bank holidays / contributory pension scheme / discounted car parking
Reporting directly to the Senior Services Manager, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Supporting the Senior Services Manager in the supervision of core, casual and agency team members.
Supporting the build, live and breakdown phases of events, providing a floor services presence for the Event and Hospitality Event Managers.
Responding to requests for assistance from colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service.
Planning and carrying out general maintenance, monitoring stocks of furniture and making repairs where required ensuring equipment is available and fit for purpose at all times.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
The ability to lead a team
Excellent organisational skills
