Nottingham - Office Based

£20,000 - £24,000

The Firm

Delighted to be working with one of Nottingham's leading Legal Firms to find a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing Team in an exciting position based in Nottingham.

With modern offices close by to commuter links, and an extremely competitive salary (up to £25,000 DOE starting salary), this is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Nottingham.


The Role of a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:

  • Providing full support in Conveyancing department to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial capacity with some of the main duties including
  • Diary management
  • Audio Typing
  • Opening / Closing of files
  • Preparation of expense claims
  • Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
  • Travel booking
  • Preparing bundles
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Skills and Qualifications of a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:

  • Previous Legal secretarial experience
  • Excellent document production skills
  • Self motivated
  • Minimum 60wpm typing speed
  • Methodical and organised approach
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Be proactive and deliver quality service to clients
