We pride ourselves on pushing boundaries, nurturing talent, and delivering only the best.Working on Hinkley Point C we are excited to invite some passionate about entering HR to bolster our team as a HR Apprentice.
We will provide training and support via the apprenticeship scheme to support your development to become a HR professionalWhat You'll Do:
- Assist in the organisation of HR events and communication
- HR administration including timesheets and meeting room bookings
- Supporting Induction of new employees and ensuring the process is properly administered
- Maintaining and monitoring the HR administration and trainings systems to ensure the HR database and other platforms are up to date and accurate
- Providing reports or statistical data when requested (Excel and PowerBI)
- And many other duties
What Makes You Perfect for Us:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 9 to 4 or A to C
- Excel experience would be advantageous
- A genuine interest in starting a career in HR.
