    Job Title:

    eCom-Tech Solution Account Manager

    The Company

    • A forward-thinking ecom-tech solution partnering with prominent global brands.
    • Naturally growing after securing initial funding, they are now self-sufficient.

    The Opportunity

    We collaborate with well-known brands daily to develop and distribute captivating digital content.

    Supporting globally recognized brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive, and more, you'll be the primary point of contact and strategic lead for a portfolio of approximately 15 accounts valued at £700k - £900k ARR.

    You'll join a team of three, focusing on platform utilization, performance, and storytelling. This involves converting data into actionable insights.

    Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships post-onboarding and working closely with senior staff and/or sales teams for critical commercial discussions (contract renewals and account growth).

    You'll have autonomy while being fully supported in your efforts.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Prior experience as a customer success professional within the SaaS sector.
    • Familiarity with fast-paced scaling SaaS businesses.
    • A thorough approach to high-touch customer management. You will regularly engage with clients and provide value through every interaction.
    • Data-driven and able to craft compelling stories that create value.
    • Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
    • A desire to learn and improve.
    • Previous experience working for or within a globally recognized brand (retail, ecommerce, or automotive) at the head office level.
    • Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or Churnzero.
    • Experience collaborating with marketing, brand, or digital content decision-makers.

    The Package

    • A base salary up to £50,000 plus a 20% bonus.
    • A hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1-2 days per week in Brighton.
    • Access to healthcare and dental care.
    • 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
