Are you well presented, fit, hard working and looking for gardening experience? Peter Michelle Gardening is a family-run business offering bespoke gardening services for properties in South West London, Wimbledon and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an Assistant Gardener to join our business to provide support to the Head Gardener.

At Peter Michelle Gardening we take great pride in the level of service we provide to our clients so it is essential that the successful applicant is well presented, courteous and reliable.

Previous gardening experience would be of benefit, but not essential if you have the right attitude and work ethic.


ASSISTANT GARDENER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading and unloading the van
• Weeding
• Raking and collecting leaves to place into garden waste bags
• Filling tonne and black bags with green waste and loading into the van
• General tidying
• Basic shaping of shrubs and plants with shears under supervision
• Mowing
• Occasional cleaning of the work van
• Providing assistance to the Head Gardener where needed
• Assisting with transporting green waste to the tip
• Adhering to health and safety standards
