We have an exciting opportunity within our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration support assistant.

About the role:


To work closely with the Director of Equality Diversity Inclusion (EDI) and Social Responsibility and the Head of Prince Albert Foundation (PAF) to support the department with delivering their strategic aims by providing administrative assistance.


This role will particularly support our PAF students with administrative activities and ensure the students and families feel supported in practical aspects of life at Wellington College.

Although many tasks are administrative, some elements of this role will involve direct contact with students and their families.

There may be some duties to support other members of the department including the work of the Head of Social Impact.


Key responsibilities Include (Please see Job Description for full requirements):

PAF Student Support

  • Responsibility for booking weekend and holiday travel arrangements for PAF students
  • Booking accommodation and travel for PAF families when required
  • Purchase of resources/equipment for PAF scholars

Department Support

  • Timely and accurate administrative support
  • Assisting with room bookings, name badges, admin and IT support for events
  • Assist in creation of space to manage online resources for PAF, EDI and SR
