Customer and Retail Support Assistant

Are you looking for a busy and involved Customer Service role in a company which offers excellent training and career prospects ?

Do you have previous customer service and administration experience ?

Are you proficient with Word and Excel ?


If so this is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful retail business at their Head Office in Poole.

Duties will be many and varied but will include:

  • Dealing with stock availability and price information
Liaising with sales reps and agents regarding customer accounts and enquiries

Processing orders

Assisting Key Account Merchandisers with order processing and updating information

Advising on the nearest location of stockists and on product features and availability

Compiling weekly forecasts and monitoring orders

Communicating with customers about deliveries and arranging booking slots as necessary

Providing full customer service and administration support to the team
