About The Role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Purchasing products to the correct standards
  • Process Sales orders to produce works orders / job cards
  • To follow the purchasing departments procedures
  • Followup on purchase requisition
  • Drive down cost
  • Ensure supplier OTD is maintained
  • Inventory management and flow of supplies to the workshop
  • Organising, filing and archiving of paperwork
  • Receipting of goods received for outstanding purchase orders
  • Producing and printing of stock sheets
  • Data entry
  • Entering Purchase orders and place with suppliers
  • Diligently manage order timelines
  • Contacting suppliers regarding delivery errors
  • Chase up unconfirmed purchase orders
  • Chase up overdue outstanding purchase orders
  • Enter stock transactions
  • General administration within the buying and administration team

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Salary:
£15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
