£30,000 (DoE) + bonus incentives

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

Establishing search geographies for assignments, identifying sources and targets through desk research and telephone sourcing
Preparing regular client updates on assignment progression
Assist in drafting high quality proposals and presentations including participating in pitches
Act as a database champion, providing leadership through personal example and promotion of best practice use of the company database

What is the company looking for?

Recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher is essential
Proven work experience in a fastpaced environment
Evidence of delivering research based or related intelligence gathering services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Numeracy and computer literacy skills ability to master recruitment packages quickly and efficiently as well as MS packages
