Head of Communications and Marketing

Our client is recognised as one of the leading lights of the leisure industry.

Operating a large and diverse, nationwide portfolio of leisure facilities including leisure centres, athletics stadiums, ices rinks, golf course and much more, they have establishedthemselves as one of the leisure industry's most innovative and progressive brands.

They are now looking for an ambitious Head of Communication and Marketing to lead their marketing team.

This is a challenging and exciting role that presents a unique opportunityto help steer this multi-faceted business to new heights.

Responsibilities will include:

Creating and delivering the internal and external communications strategy
Developing strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders
Optimising internal and external engagement through creative and impactful marketing strategies
Managing media relations and agency relationships
Maintaining an oversight on the company's digital platforms including website and socials
Measuring and analysing engagement metrics to form strategy
Leading and developing a team of execs, web/graphic designers and digital marketers

Package up to £65k + benefits

This role is predominantly WFH with occasional travel to sites when required. You will need to be based around the South East to fulfill this role.
