Position Overview:


The Executive Assistant role is responsible for providing administrative support, calendar management, and operational assistance to the CEO and the Senior Leadership team if required.

The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with several others in the office.


Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Calendar Management

  • Coordinate Business Travel (flights, hotel bookings, dinner reservations, etc.) for CEO and Senior Directors where required
  • Coordinate and schedule crosscompany meetings and events for CEO and CEO's Clients
  • Coordinate Calendar invitations and scheduling for business planning purposes
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings with visitors' staff
  • Assist in managing CEO's calendar
Administrative Support

  • Attend meetings where required and coordinate followup activities and minutes
  • Manage requirements for monthly AMT Meetings this will include pulling together reports, information etc.
  • Assemble confidential and sensitive information
  • Process Expenses for CEO & other Executives
  • Support other parts of the business with administrative tasks where needed

Other

  • Assist with coordination of team/social events alongside the Office Manager

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a professional services firm, in a similar role or in a role requiring organisation and administrative skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal team members and external parties
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask successfully in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent followup skills and attention to details
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to confidential matters with a professional approach
  • Excellent customer service orientation

This is a full-time role, working in a hybrid pattern (2 days per week in the office) at our fantastic HQ location in Fulham Green, directly opposite Putney Bridge in London, which boasts free state-of-the-art gym with showers, on-site café, panoramic river views, landscaped gardens and regular social events.

Interviews will take place in mid-January 2023 after the festive season.
