They are a dedicated, team-oriented and entrepreneurial organisationbased in fantastic offices in the West Endof London,who work together as a highly effective unit to deliver support, development and training solutions to the professional HR community.

We are recruiting for an experienced Membership Engagement Manager to focus on the retention and acquisition of members across a portfolio of the UK and European clients across four successful revenue streams based around membership and products and serviceswithin education

This role will focus on retaining and driving membership revenue for the UK and Western Europe.
You will identify, approach and secure new members and maintain relationships with members in an agreed region.

Maintaining a keen view of opportunities to crosssell across different services and products and actioning to the best of your ability.


What will you be responsible for in your new role?

  • Secure new members delivering approx. £75,000+ new membership revenue per year
  • Retaining approx. £500,000+ membership revenue per year
  • To grow existing members by upselling and cross selling across product lines by approx. £100k per year
  • Work with the Commercial Director to design, develop and execute an effective business development strategy for the territory to achieve targets outlined above.
  • To create opportunities to meet (virtually and face to face) with prospective members with a view to securing business
  • To effectively represent the team at third party events where new relationships can be formed
  • To confidently convey the benefits of membership to prospective members
  • To articulate to existing members the most effective ways to optimise their membership
  • To seek opportunities to upsell existing members into other services offered by the business
  • To attend their events and webinars to build knowledge and relationships with existing members
  • To ensure business development activities are tracked so effectiveness can be measured
  • Raise the profile of the organisation and its learning products to the target audience through social media channels
