The Division
The Clinical Law Claims Division comprises around 90 fee earners over three offices (Wimbledon, Leeds and Birmingham). The firm has been a member of NHS Resolution's panel of lawyers since its inception. It is ranked number one in the legal directories for defendant clinical negligence work.

Capsticks carries out a wide range of health care work and you will work closely with teams that provide advice covering inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.

The Role and Responsibilites
Capsticks has an established team doing defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering this work in Leeds/London and developing existing relationships with health care organisations.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in healthcare, who wish to develop their career in this area of law and are excited by this opportunity.
