MOLD GOLF CLUB - CATERING FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY

We have a small but professionally equipped kitchen and our open plan lounge and dining room provide a convivial setting overlooking the golf course and surrounding hills.

We can offer dining areas for general catering and social functions and can accommodate parties up to 120. To view the facilities please call Deborah Barton, Mold Golf Club Manager on

The successful applicant will be responsible for employing and training their own staff, including recruitment, staff rotas and all HR matters.

The requirements include:

• Being highly motivated and having the ability to deliver high quality food at a competitive price alongside a customer focused front of house service
• Providing food ranging from daily bar menus with specials, light meals, society visitors meals, Sunday lunches, team matches, club social functions, themed dining evenings and private functions/celebrations.
• Flexibility in the hours of service
• Hold current and relevant food preparation and health & hygiene qualifications
• Demonstrate an aptitude to continually assess and develop the business and the partnership with Mold Golf Club
• Work effectively together with the Club Manager, Bar Supervisor and the Management Committee at the Golf Club

PACKAGE
We are open to negotiation on a mutually beneficial agreement. Consequently, we encourage applicants to propose a structure that would maximise joint benefit.
