The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Equity Associate to join this Top US firm in their
City of London office.


The role will focus on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a broad range of matters, including auction and buyout processes, majority and minority investments, bolt-ons, exits and corporate advisory work.

You will be working on a range of private equity transactions; including drafting and negotiating preliminary documentation such as Exclusivity Agreements, Heads of Terms and Management Equity Term Sheets, as well as SPAs, Disclosure Letters, Investment Agreements and Articles of Association, legal due diligence and ancillary documentation;

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Equity Associate with 1-4 years PQE, to join this Top US law firm in London.
