About You


We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join the servicing team in personal lending and are looking for someone who is looking for a new challenge.


You will work across several portfolios including a new portfolio of personal loan accounts offering opportunities to learn new products and skills.


As an Account Servicing Officer, you will work with our customers both electronically and verbally in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

You will be able to work well in a small team and able to meet client SLA's and customer expectations.


Job Role
Duties and responsibilities will include.

  • Dealing with customer enquiries & providing them with the information, documentation, service outcomes and support that they need and assist with managing their account.
  • Ensure service loan agreements are managed in accordance with their terms and conditions and adhering to all of the portfolio specific processes and client SLA's to ensure expectations are met.
  • Utilising systems and desktop tools to validate company and guarantor information, agree the correct course of action for customer and Link and to maintain trackers that accurately reflect the correct account status.

Work Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working within a call centre environment and/or administrative role
  • Experience in/understanding of LDMS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • An understanding of TCF principles
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good numeracy and problemsolving skills
