Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Work as required by Events and Outreach Coordinator on all pre, during and post event tasks and activities both online and physical
  • Create biannual website audits to ensure content is current and uptodate
  • Work as account managers for stakeholders using account management model, ensuring high level of customer service and engagement and proactively working the service model
  • Report on KPI, SLAs for account management monthly
  • Timely creation and uploading of all news, events and case studies on to the relevant platforms
  • Update web content taking into account Search Engine Optimisation and SEO content writing
  • Implement online marketing campaigns in accordance with the campaign plans
  • Implementation and delivery of effective social media and digital media projects, social media content and engagement including LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube and in accordance with campaign plans
  • Take responsibility for assigned College digital channels that may include
  • Website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
  • Create, update, and publish content using content calendars
  • Assist the Senior Campaigns & Digital Marketing Coordinator by monitoring with reporting and evaluating activity on social and online channels (including organic and paid advertising campaigns)
  • Ensure the College website is up to date; including updates of course information, content updates, news articles and events, keep images/videos fresh and relevant
  • Carry out the implementation of emarketing campaigns including data segmentation, targeting ensuring data protection legislation is adhered to
  • Assist with the writing and distribution of press releases and case studies to be published externally and on internal platforms.
  • Manage Myday internal communications and create MyDay banners for stakeholders
  • Support the usage of allocated digital signage solutions and keep an ongoing audit of content
  • Assist with marketing campaign
