An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a very highly regarded law firm based at their office based in Leicester.

The requirement for an Employment Solicitor is in response to client demand and due to a desire to continueto expand the employment practice.

The ideal Employment Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.

This experience will have covered a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters including; redundancy, discrimination and dismissal, compromiseagreements, contracts and employment, TUPE and corporate support.

A mix of claimant and respondent work would be advantageous. The ability to manage and develop client relationships as a desire to progress your career is also required.
