Are you looking for an exciting new sales role in a busy NW London Office?

A new and fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful, modern and growing independent estate agency based in the Hampstead area.

Our client have a proven track record in NW London of focusing on a select group of local properties resulting in and ensuring exceptional service.

They are now looking for a motivated and driven induvial to join their friendly and proactive team.

You will have:

Some previous experience working in an Estate Agency
Be extremely Motivated
Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships
Enthusiasm and drive

Key duties:

Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their search criteria
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
A focus on generating new and repeat business.
Calling applicants on the database

Essential Skills needed:

Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Good telephone manner
Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
Attention to detail.

Salary - Basic: £20,000-£25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission.

Monday - Friday with occasional Satrudays when viewings need to be done.
