This is an exciting opportunity to join the Advice Team at Citizens Advice Mid Lincolnshire (CAML).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with good communication and people skills to support our advisers in helping clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 'hands on' individual to play a pivotal part in ensuring that the success and quality of our service is maintained.

This crucial role will involve motivating staff and volunteers to ensure the service runs smoothly.

You will be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and have emotional intelligence to get the best out of people to help them to develop.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to provide focused support to our volunteer and paid advisers, ensuring that accurate advice is given to our clients through telephone, digital and face-to-face channels.

You will be required to work across all CAML sites in order to coordinate advice sessions, ensuring a seamless client journey.

Previous experience of service support is desirable, however full training will be provided.
