£50,000-£60,000***This firm aims to create a better future for the next generation and beyond by investing across a diverse range of issues and industries. Based in chic shared offices in Mayfair, you will form part of a small, close knit and cohesive team each of whom share the passion for the companies wider mission.

The role will be incredibly varied, as the only support in the office and right hand to the CEO, no two days will be the same.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Complex calendar management lots of conflicting priorities and last minute changes
Arranging both personal and business appointments and meetings
Booking international and national travel
Creating detailed itineraries
Managing databases and filing systems
Typing up reports, preparing repots, presentations and other correspondence
Acting as the company gatekeeper
Office management and team support required
Private duties may include: dealing with ad hoc requests and arranging travel from family members, arranging dental and health appointment and running errands such to assist with gifting, buying flowers etc.

We are looking for a dedicated PA with a flexible attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills and above all someone who is passionate about the firms mission.

Knowledge of finance jargon is an absolute must.
