    Job Description Contract:
    Full-Time (40 hours / 5 days per week)

    Days worked:
    Monday to Friday, flexible working available (travel for project delivery required)

    Job Purpose

    The Account Manager is a client-facing, hands-on role responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects, campaigns, and events are delivered in line with client expectations.

    Acting as the primary point of contact and linchpin for timelines, the Account Manager coordinates internal teams including Event Managers, Production, Creative, and Marketing to ensure deadlines are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

    On-site, they represent the client's vision and ensure that the work being delivered aligns with guidelines while the operational delivery is managed by Event Managers, Production Managers, or the Creative Director.

    Client Relationship and Account Management

    Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional communication at all stages of a project.

    Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their brand, objectives, and priorities.

    • Ensure that all work delivered meets or exceeds client expectations, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and confidence.
    Work with clients to identify opportunities for additional campaigns or projects, supporting business growth for Hedonist Creative.
    Attend and contribute to creative meetings and project planning sessions, ensuring client requirements are understood and integrated.
    Ensure all work produced by internal teams aligns with the client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall vision.

    Project Delivery and Coordination

    Take ownership of project timelines and pre-event or project coordination, ensuring all internal teams are aligned and working effectively to meet deadlines.

    Act as the central point of control for assigned projects, monitoring progress across Event Managers, Production, Creative, and Marketing teams.

    Manage operational aspects of projects including costings, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and schedules.
    Prepare, maintain, and distribute key project documentation including call sheets, shoot lists, risk assessments, and event or content schedules.

    Ensure that larger-scale events and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.

    On-site, act as the client's representative, ensuring the client's vision is implemented correctly and supporting delivery teams to work within guidelines.

    Support the Senior Account Manager in reviewing work before client delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.

    Administration, Procurement and Reporting
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems including Asana, Timely, Outlook, Teams, and Breathe HR.
    Track budgets, cost sheets, and project reporting to provide transparency for clients and directors.
    Manage procurement for projects, sourcing competitive quotes for larger items where required.
    Take and distribute clear meeting notes, follow up on actions, and ensure client communications are prompt and professional.
    Keep internal systems updated with project briefs, schedules, and deadlines, maintaining clarity and accountability across teams.

    General
    Advocate for and promote Hedonist Creative at all times, internally and externally.
    Maintain a thorough understanding of client brands to confidently represent and advise them.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation including health and safety.
    Maintain company equipment and assets, reporting any issues or damage.
    Communicate availability and project progress clearly to both internal teams and clients.
    Proactively identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency, delivery, and client satisfaction.

    Skills and Experience
    Minimum 2 years professional experience in account management or client advocacy, ideally within drinks brands.
    Hospitality industry experience desirable.
    Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills with a proven focus on client satisfaction.
    Excellent organisational and project management abilities capable of managing multiple deadlines.
    Hands-on approach, able to coordinate projects and timelines effectively while keeping clients at the center of delivery.
