IT Support Analyst
We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of Windows environments and exposure to SCCM to work as an onsite Systems Administrator dealing with incoming calls to the service team.
The role will be working 8.30am - 5.00pm onsite with one week every 5 on a late working from 3:30pm - Midnight, however this will be remote working from home.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced support environment
- Understanding of diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS Office
- Understanding of network concepts, protocols and standards.
- Exposure to SCCM
- Any formal certification will be an advantage.
