Year 1 Class Teacher Job based in Oadby

Your new school

Hays Education are currently working with a lovely primary school based in Oadby who are looking for an exceptional Key Stage One teacher to join them to teach in Year 1.

You will be working full-time on a temporary basis that is ongoing until the end of theacademic year.

Your new role
You will be planning and delivering lessons to a year 1 class following the National Curriculum. Working effectively with the teaching assistant and ensuring each student is supported. You will be able to manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safelearning environment for everyone.


What you'll need to succeed:


  • ECT/NQT or QTS teacher with recent experience of the Key Stage One curriculum.
  • Be passionate about raising attainment in Key Stage One.
  • Experience in delivering literacy and numeracy sessions.
  • Be a warm and caring individual focused on raising achievement levels.
  • Have recent teaching experience in the U.K.
