The business is looking to recruit a Landscape Operative/Labourer to join our staff and contribute to our company journey.

Landscape Operative -
The Role:
You will be joining a team of people who are enthusiastic and hard working with a can-do attitude.

There is a high demand for our services operating at the premium end of the market and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team.

You will be part of a specialist team of three or more to assist staff in delivering high quality projects to our customer base.

We are looking for an exceptional person who is hard working, inspiring, caring and a team player - someone who would like to progress in their career and develop their skills.

Essential Attributes and Competencies.

A proven track record of at least 3 years in Construction labouring
Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Exeter, Devon, before starting work
Experience in the Landscape Operative/Labourer sector.
Experience with mixing mortars and concrete
Experience with general landscaping roles
Experience of soft landscaping including turfing, tree planting
Hard Working
Good Communication Skills.
A Desire to Learn and Develop
A positive, upbeat attitude.
Ambition to work and contribute to a growing business.
Good Timekeeping
A full driving license.

Desirable but not essential.

CSCS green card

Experience of any of the following, an advantage: Greenkeeper, Groundsman, Fine turf industry, Landscape Gardener, Ground Maintenance, Construction, Garden design, Garden builder
