Description
Elite Recovery Midlands Ltd is a Droitwich based recovery company that also offers commercial truck and trailer repairs.

Due to continued growth we are offering a position in the Control Team on days


The role consists of:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to a variety of customers and understanding each customer's needs and wants
  • Assist in decision making and deployment of jobs
  • Operate vehicle tracking software
  • Updating customers and dealing with enquiries
  • Dealing with collections
  • Ordering and receiving parts
Key Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role or office environment
  • Previous training on Apex preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Punctual.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the areas we cover
Must be available to work alternate weekends.
