Mechanical Site Supervisor

£200-£275 Per day + Expenses


A new opportunity has arisen for an
Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a growing Midlands based company that provides both Electrical and Mechanical installation and maintenance services across the commercial and industrial sectors.

The successful
Mechanical Site Supervisor will be working on a Hospital Project


Duties and Responsibilities

  • On site
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the project
  • Overseeing Mechanical Installations:
  • Mechanical
- ventilation, heating, chilled water, gas and bms

  • Identifying the level of risk in an installation by use of protocols and RAMS
  • Supervisory of all onsite labour
  • Health & Safety checks
  • On site
compliance

  • Ensure full on site communication is provided

Requirements for a Mechanical Site Supervisor

  • You will previously have worked for a Construction or Building services contractor as an Mechanical Site Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Manager
  • SMSTS or SSSTS

Advantageous

  • Hospital experience would put you at an advantage.

In return for the Mechanical Site Supervisor:

  • Salary in Circa of £200
  • £275 per day

Freelance, Temporary contract

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
£200.00-£275.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • NOTTINGHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
