Container Control and Transport Administrator

• Administration and supporting the planning of the daily traffic sheet
• Ensuring all customer are fully informed of any delays / problems using correct procedure in TOPS system
• Container control booking in and out ensuring restitution is controlled

4- Working with transport ensuring drivers are monitored and KPI matrix adhered to

5- Working with the regional traffic controller to ensuring drivers details sent for next day and that first jobs are achievable

6-Supporting the team by ensuring all of fleet is fully compliant - With Service and MOT schedule actioned without fail

7-Supporting the team with checks for vehicle damage on a weekly basis

9 All customer admin systems are followed to the customer expectation.
