Zep has been a leader in auxiliary chemicals for both civil and industrial maintenance since 1937. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our busy team in Widnes.Duties will consist of but are not limited to:
\* Managing sales support inbox \* Processing orders and confirming to customers \* Processing invoices / credit notes \* Liaising with reps/sales managers regarding price enquiries, order resolution \* General enquiries - Including, customers progressing orders, members of the public requiring immediate technical information etc. \* Supplier portals including, confirmation of order, booking in, order amendments and request for delivery slots \* Create new accounts for new customers \* Quotations for S&S agents \* Raising non-conformances \* Requesting POD's \* Raising Sales Return Notes \* Processing Sample requests \* Invoice/accounts queries \* Sending SDSs as required \* Product progression Required skills: \* Knowledge of microsoft office essential \* Office administration experience essential \* Confident telephone manner \* Ability to work well under pressure and multi task \* Ability to prioritise heavy work load Interviews will be held early January.
