An Internal Communications Manager is required by a leading technology organisation based in Hampshire but with flexible hybrid working. Fast growing and ambitious, this is an exciting role for an Internal Comms specialist.Key responsibilities will include:
Establish and implement an internal comms strategy in conjunction with senior leaders.
Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to all colleagues.
Design the layout of communication content in the different channels.
Engage with Communications Champions from across the business to identify news stories, ensure communications land effectively and that events are organised and successfully implemented.
Partner with Business Leads to effectively deliver timely and relevant communications.Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation.
Deliver projects to enhance internal communications.
