Summary
We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize projects from end to end.

You will work closely with Project Managers on all aspects of project governance, including project workbooks and timing plans, booking and managing resources, and budgets.

You will support blended learning and comms projects, with outputs including film, animation, digital builds, session design and facilitation.

This role will support the Project Delivery team in the delivery of projects and campaigns to time and budget.


You will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring project governance is up to date and of expected quality, including budgets, project workbooks and timing plans
  • Planning meetings and stand ups, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions
  • Creating and managing project timelines
  • Booking resources and allocating tasks to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring project teams accurately record time spent on each project
  • Helping to create project budgets
  • Supporting the management of project budgets including raising POs
  • Tracking and forecasting external spend
  • Oversee project procurement
  • Providing weekly status updates to internal and external teams
  • Ensuring stakeholders are informed of a projects' status
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensures all communications are proactive and customerfocused
  • Updating and maintaining the Knowledge Library with project information.
