About Dynamic Planner:
Role Purpose:
To undertake administration tasks associated with HR, Recruitment and facilities process and management. Provide support to People team with a focus on core HR and recruitment of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Attraction of Talent
- Support the attraction of talent through collation of engaging documentation, in line with required process, messaging and employer branding. e.g. ATH, JD, Job adverts.
- Support the preonboarding processes and issue accurate and timely offer/welcome packs.
- Support the smooth onboarding of new hires including Right to Work checks working closely with People Advisor/Coordinator and IT.
- Life cycle tracking probationary periods, creating letters, changes of terms and conditions as required.
- Benefits administration and promotion
- Administration support with learning and development requests and tracking training activity.
- Support with People Team communications so they are well written, and content is reviewed ahead of publishing.
- Support the offboarding process, arrange leaver letter, exit interview, references
- Support with administration for hybrid working e.g. office, post/scanning, stationery, recruitment phone calls.
- Administration and support with company team events.

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):
Ability to build rapport and communicate well with different people.
Excellent administration skills and experience in an administration role.

Passionate and enthusiastic
Education & Qualifications
Degree preferable in Marketing, Communication or HR related field.
Strong English writing, spelling and grammar essential
A Levels or Equivalent
